ArteloConnect

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Artelo Connect is a personal networking app: you share your contact card, capture the people you meet, and keep track of follow-ups. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

Information you provide

If you create an account, we store your email address and the profile you choose to fill in (such as name, title, company, phone, links and photo). We also store the connections, notes, follow-ups and events you save, so they sync across your devices.

Information used only when you turn a feature on

You can deny or revoke any of these permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.

How we use information

To sign you in, sync your data, provide the features you use, keep the service secure, and answer support requests. We do not sell your personal information, use it for advertising, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Sharing

Your profile is shared only when you share it (for example by QR code, link or nearby exchange) or turn on your public page. We use Google Firebase to host data, authentication and AI features. We may disclose information if required by law.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all its data at any time in the app: Profile › Settings › Account & Identity › Delete Account. This removes your profile, connections, events and uploaded files from our servers.

Children

Artelo Connect is not directed to children under 13.
